SHIPPING POLICY (U.S.)

Processing Time - Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays). Allow 3 days for processing and 5-7 days for standard delivery. 

All orders are shipped via USPS. Once your package has been shipped you should receive a notification email including tracking information.

Elevated Aesthetics is not responsible for delayed transit times once your package is in the possession of the mail carrier. If your package happens to be delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, a claim will need to be filed with the shipping carrier.

When placing an order be sure to check that your shipping address is correct. Elevated Aesthetics is not responsible for packages that are delivered to incorrect or undeliverable addresses. If your package is unable to be delivered for these reasons and is returned to sender, Elevated Aesthetics is not responsible for any shipping costs or fees. We will be happy to ship your package to the correct address, however, you will be asked to cover costs for shipping.

International Shipping - We do not offer shipping internationally at this time

RETURN POLICY

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns at this time.

If your package arrived damaged or defective, please provide photos along with documentation and submit them to elevatedaestheticsspa@gmail.com

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Any orders over 1lb will automatically include insurance with USPS..
