This gel cleanser containing contains chirally correct L-Mandelic Acid and has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and anti-fungal properties.
KEY INGREDIENTS
1% L-Mandelic Acid - Alpha hydroxy acid that has anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and anti-fungal properties, and improves the appearance of pigmentation
Green Tea Extract - Antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, 5 alpha reductase inhibitor
Gluconolactone - Polyhydroxy acid that contains antioxidant and moisturizing properties
Vitis Vinifera (Grape) Seed Extract - Antioxidant that protects the skin from free radicals
MABEL’S MAGIC TIP:New to mandelic acid? This cleanser is a great introduction. This is great for folliculitis, inflamed and fungal acne. Has a lower percentage than the Glymed Idyllic Cleanser if that’s too harsh.
